Tod Novak, CEO of The Novak Group will be leading the Elite Sales Group to help members achieve next level success by creating the right sales process, prospecting, polishing presentation skills, following up, closing the sale, and personal development. Personal Development: Tod understands that in order to be successful you need to work equally as hard on yourself as you do on your sales profession or business. During each group session, Tod will share and teach personal development techniques that he personally uses and coaches others. By applying personal development techniques your sales will increase like they never have before.
Peer to Peer: As a member of the Elite Sales Group you will have the opportunity to network and learn from other successful entrepreneurs and sales professionals (most are in the top 20% of their sales team). You will learn what is working, what is not working, share sales strategies and techniques, and make introductions/referrals to help each other increase sales.
- Group Coaching/Training Sessions: (2) 90-minute sessions per month via Zoom Video Conference. Tod Novak will train on a specific sales technique or sales strategy to help close more business. 2-4 members will have 10 minutes each to be laser coached on their business and sales process and or ask the group for advice and tap into other people’s knowledge.
- One on One Sales Coaching: (1) 45-minute session per month. Tod Novak will personally coach the first 12 members ONLY. Tod has personally conducted over 10,000 coaching sessions.
- Guest Experts: Some group sessions will have a guest expert joining to share cutting edge techniques to help grow your sales.
- Closed Facebook Group: This Members Only FB Group will include recorded group bimonthly sessions and special sales training videos by Tod Novak. ESG Members Only will have the option to post content and offerings. You can also utilize this group as a focus group for marketing ideas, marketing messaging, new business ideas and sales help.
