A college degree doesn’t guarantee success as it once did. Employers now seek candidates with real life experience, soft skills, life skills, skills that will help them be a great employee, get along with others and be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and coworkers.
Novak Sales & Entrepreneur Academy will teach critical thinking, problem-solving, soft skills, life skills, the basics of sales, some advance sales, how to start a business and think like an entrepreneur.
What Sets Novak Sales & Entrepreneur Academy Apart:
- Our academy is 100% in person, for real time learning, accountability and guidance.
- Students will have access to a mentor throughout the academy.
- Students will receive real time hands-on coaching & training during the academy and private one on one coaching sessions.
- After graduation, every student will receive (4) personal 1:1 Zoom video coaching sessions within 30 days, guided by our seasoned coaches. The goal of these sessions is to help graduates navigate next steps, either finding a job, starting a career in sales or starting their own business.
Modules
During this study students will explore the history, evolution, complexity, contribution, and future of sales.
Experts, authors, and real life salespeople explore how sales has impacted humanity, and how the profession has impacted them.
In today’s competitive market, careful thought around problem solving and applying creative solutions can help you stand out and succeed. Students will be equipped with problem solving tools and strategic decision making skills to help them respond when faced with situations that require a decision and or solution.
Effective communication skills are essential for professional and personal success, whether you’re selling a product, service, or yourself. This training is designed to equip students with the tools and techniques needed to excel in communicating effectively via email, phone, video conference or in person.
This program will equip students with the skills and techniques needed to excel at every stage of the sales process; prospecting, presenting, closing and follow up.
In today’s digital world, human connection is crucial for success. That’s why our Human Connection Program is essential. By creating instant human connections, you’ll maximize every opportunity with customers, potential customers, colleagues, and even friends and family members.
This program equips students with the skills, mindset, and strategies needed to take charge of their sales process and achieve exceptional results.
Being a gentleman has become something of a lost art in recent generations. In this program students will learn some of the most important skills and manners that every gentleman should know. The qualities of respect, courtesy, first impression, character and gentlemanly conduct set individuals apart.
This program will equip students with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence needed to excel in job interviews and stand out as a top candidate.
Many young men find themselves struggling to maintain motivation and positivity amidst the challenges of life personally and professionally. In this program students will learn how important it is to control their mind and thoughts for more positive outcomes, confidence and a happier life.
Networking effectively involves building relationships, establishing trust, and creating mutually beneficial connections with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals. Students will understand the benefits of networking and learn tips to help them network effectively.
Starting a business and doing what you are passionate about can be a reality with hard work and a solid plan. In this program we cover what it takes to make this happen.

Cris Giron is the Founder and Managing Partner of Legacy Financial Group, a comprehensive Financial Services and Retirement Planning Asset Management firm. He began his Financial Planning career in 1995 helping university and public-school employees plan and save for retirement. His practice quickly expanded to encompass both individuals and companies across various industries, by focusing on creating personalized goal-based financial plans and implementing intelligent asset management. He holds the CPFA designation which demonstrates his knowledge, commitment and expertise required to act as a fiduciary for retirement plans.
His mission and that of Legacy Financial Group is to improve his client’s financial success by listening to what is truly important in their lives and delivering a financial roadmap that guides every financial decision towards achieving their broader life goals. His aim is for his clients to leave every meeting feeling more knowledgeable, confident, and empowered about their ROL, Return on Life.
Cris lives in Albuquerque, NM, with his wife Kenda, of 25 years, and their two daughters and two sons. His passions are traveling, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with family and close friends making great memories. He enjoys volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and Roadrunner Food Bank. He welcomes speaking to groups of young people from underrepresented areas and created the Legacy Financial Group and the Dolores S. Giron Memorial Scholarships to reward hard work and perseverance through adversity.
Tony has enjoyed forty-years of successful sales and business experience. Tony began his sales career with NCR Corporation out of college. There he quickly achieved success and rose within the management ranks. He was consistently a top performer as he learned the art of consultative sales.
His second career as a private business owner allowed him the freedom to pursue alternative business opportunities and learn how to be successful at in-home sales while leveraging his corporate sales skills.
Currently, Tony is a Wealth Management Advisor with GoldBook Financial in Scottsdale. He continues to help people in multiple facets of their lives. All three careers have challenged him in different ways, but the early sales education received at NCR laid an amazing bedrock of knowledge and experience.
Quincy Gonzales is a native New Mexican and the proud owner of a thriving medical device distributorship in Albuquerque.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Quincy is an avid fitness enthusiast, golfer, and snowboarder. He also enjoys exploring his culinary skills in the kitchen, where he finds joy in creating delicious meals for family and friends. His commitment to personal growth and community is evident in his active role as a mentor and teacher, where he shares his knowledge and experience with others.
A devoted Christian and father of two beautiful children, Quincy values family above all else. His faith and family are the cornerstones of his life, guiding his actions and inspiring him to make a positive impact in the world.
David Vigil is dedicated to service, leadership, and innovation across various domains. With a background in Water Sciences from the University of New Mexico and training from the Rhema Bible Training Center, David has seamlessly merged his passion for science with his commitment to faith and community.
Early in his career, David pastored a vibrant Youth ministry in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which grew to encompass over 3,000 teenagers. His ability to connect with young people and inspire positive change within his community became evident during this time.
David’s impact extended beyond local boundaries as he traveled globally, including ventures to India and Africa, alongside renowned figure Dr. TL Osborn. These experiences broadened his perspective and reinforced his dedication to humanitarian causes and global outreach.
David served as a National Spokesperson for Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No” campaign, lending his voice to the critical issue of substance abuse prevention.
In addition to his work in ministry and advocacy, David is a Class 3 Water Treatment Specialist, distinguishing himself as a Water Scientist and inventor in the field of water treatment.
Currently, David serves as the Lead Minister at Dominion Bible Fellowship, where he continues to educate, and empower individuals to lead purposeful lives rooted in faith, service, and stewardship.
